No one imposes rules on us. They grow out of us, from our values and priorities, which guide us every day. We have written them down in the form of a code based on three mainstays.
1. Responsibility
In line with the principle of extreme leadership, we take matters into our own hands and are responsible for what we do. We act without waiting for instructions. What matters to us is the completion of the task and the result we achieve through cooperation.
We prefer to act rather than complain – therefore we look for solutions, not excuses.
We keep our promises – a given word means more to us than a standard clause in a contract. We do not need orders, external motivators, or supervision to work effectively.
2. Authenticity
Honesty and authenticity are the foundations of our actions. We state matters clearly and communicate openly with our business partners.
Radical honesty helps us act, forcing us to think. Combined with a sense of humor, it is a driving force that gives us the courage to face challenges.
We respect the opinions of others and accept criticism with humility. We value constructive feedback more than polite compliments.
3. Development
We are better than we were 6 months ago, and in 6 months we will be better than we are today. We drive and motivate each other to grow. We set ambitious goals and achieve them successfully.
Well-known paths and “old proven methods” are not our ways. If something can be improved – we find effective ways to do so. The conditions in which we operate change very dynamically. This requires high flexibility from us.
We are critical of ourselves. Mistakes happen – we are not afraid of them. They are valuable experiences from which we draw conclusions. We know we still have much to learn. We get inspiration from the best.
