The Video Audio Security System (SOVA) provides round-the-clock security of the designated area. To deliver this, it uses the latest video security technologies and real-time video stream analysis, powered by more than 100 proprietary computing servers. Each SOVA AI 3.0 system is supervised by a qualified operator at the 24/7 Security Operations Center.
The synergy between human expertise and artificial intelligence delivers measurable benefits — every time a human operator identifies an error, the virtual AI agent learns and improves. This represents a significant shift in the delivery of security services. AI automates routine tasks, enabling specialists to focus on the key aspects of security management.
Effective threat management forms the foundation of an organization’s security. It often determines whether a situation is quickly brought under control or escalates into a serious crisis. We leverage the latest technological solutions not only to improve incident handling at the moment they occur, but above all to anticipate potential threats and effectively prevent them.
SOVA also functions as an effective rapid notification system, enabling the transmission of alarm information in visual (strobe lighting), acoustic (alarm signals), and voice (loudspeaker announcements) formats. This allows security services and emergency responders to immediately communicate threat information and response instructions.
Remote management of the SOVA system ensures proper operation, security, and performance optimization. Continuous, 24/7 monitoring of system condition and efficiency is made possible through the combination of AI tools and expert knowledge. This enables the rapid detection of potential irregularities (such as camera image disruptions) and their immediate resolution. As a result, even in crisis situations where physical access to sites may be limited, facilities can be continuously monitored and secured, preventing incidents such as break-ins, theft, or acts of vandalism.
Detect people during day and night and in adverse weather conditions (fog, heavy snow, or rainfall).
In addition to high-resolution images, they can be controlled around the vertical and horizontal axes and provide 25x optical zoom.
The mobile SOVA system tower is powered by solar energy (a solar panel + energy storage), allowing it to be used to monitor any type of site — including those without access to a permanent power supply. It operates without the need for additional power input for 365 days a year.
VIKI AI transforms the delivery of security services from a reactive to a proactive approach. In traditional security systems, most surveillance footage is never reviewed due to time constraints. To extract real value from this data, AI agents analyze recordings at the moment they are captured, generate metadata, tag events, and automate responses in potential threat situations by autonomously issuing appropriate instructions:
The system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, recording everything that happens within the secured area and taking immediate action. AI transforms recordings into actionable information, recognizing and identifying patterns that enable the generation of alerts in situations requiring attention. It shortens response times in critical situations, allowing Security Operations Center operators to focus on atypical events and act proactively to prevent incidents.
If an unwanted event occurs despite measures taken, we take actions at our own expense to identify the perpetrator and their arrest by the police.
Our third-party liability policy: 11,5 mln EUR.
The SOVA system can be used to monitor facilities of any size – from small buildings to large areas – in the location specified by the Customer. It is designed to monitor any facility or territory – even those without power supply.
The SOVA system continuously records the video stream, enabling effective cooperation with response personnel. It provides photos and video recordings directly to law enforcement authorities, facilitating the identification of offenders.
Managers and clients of the SOVA system have access to visual materials in real time as well as archived content via the VIKI mobile application. This enables analysis and monitoring of work progress.
