The images from cameras are monitored 24 hours a day by Operations Center operators supported by intelligent surveillance system using the cutting-edge technology. Recorded images are stored for up to 5 years.

If an incident occurs on the premises secured by SGU Prime, we compensate the incurred loss up to a fixed amount within 48 hours. Even when the incident was not our fault, we made every effort to prevent it and took all necessary measures. By entrusting a facility to us for security, you hand over to us full responsibility for its security.
