This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with information about the processing of your personal data in connection with visiting, browsing and using our website. 3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Your personal data will be processed in order to respond to inquiries and requests generated via the contact form on our website, as well as to promote the Administrator’s products and services.

The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO and Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the necessity of processing in order to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the need to respond to users. The Administrator’s legitimate interest also consists in conducting activities related to direct marketing of the Administrator’s products and services.

In certain situations, we ask you to consent to the processing of your personal data, such as when, while browsing our website, you express your wish to contact us and ask to be contacted. In this case, the legal basis for processing your personal data will be the consent you have given. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with the understanding that this will not affect the processing that took place before the withdrawal.

When we write about your data we mean all the data you provide to us in your inquiries and messages, as well as your contact information, including your phone number and e-mail address.

4. Recipients of personal data

Only employees authorized by the Administrator and entities that provide certain services requiring access to data (e.g., IT services) on behalf of the Administrator will have access to your personal data.

Some of the data recipients may be located in third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We have made efforts to ensure that data recipients located in countries outside the EEA guarantee a high level of personal data protection. Your data may be transferred to countries for which the European Commission has issued a decision on an adequate level of data protection. If no such decision has been issued, we use appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of your data, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, available on the European Commission’s website. You have the right to request a copy of these – to do so, please send us a request.

5. Data retention period

Your personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, after which time they will be deleted. We may retain your data until the expiration of any claims that might arise in the course of processing, in which case we will delete your data upon the expiration of the statute of limitations for such claims.

  • The right to request completion and rectification of personal data;
  • The right to request erasure of personal data;
  • The right to request restriction of processing of personal data;
  • The right to object to the processing of personal data;

  • The right to withdraw consent, if consent is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
